Medical disposable operation room sterlized latex surgical gloves
Raw material: natural rubber latex,. Few CaCl2 and KOH were added into additive and titanium white powder, oxide zinc. Soluble chemicals were cleaned by rinsing in high temperature fluid, solid non-soluble additive will finally solidified into product.
Disposable gloves with powder uses the corn starch as powder, no toxicity, will not cause hazard on patient or side effect.
Expected uses of latex surgical gloves:
Expected application and use of medical latex gloves: rubber gloves shall be worn before surgical operations and examinations, and perfect rubber film can effectively isolate out bacterial and viruses. The rubber film has enough strength to resist breakage during uses in order to avoid cross infections.
Precautions in use:
1. These products shall be sterilized by ETO or Cobalt-60 radiation or soaking or by steaming/boiling.
2. Careful inspection shall be made before use. If there was any breakage or damage, the products shall not be used owing to invalidity of sterilization.
3. Suitable size of gloves shall be selected to avoid breakage or falling off hands during use.
4. Once gloves are worn in hands, please use a sterilized towel or sterilized water to wipe off the isolation powder on the surface.
5. The products shall be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated location free from direct sunlight and strong manmade light containing high ultraviolet. There shall be devices inside the storage warehouse that will emit ozone.
6. The products shall not contact with oil, acid or alkali and other harmful substances to ensure that the gloves will have a long service life and will not deteriorate in quality.
7. Effective sterilization period of the products are 60 months from the date of sterilization.
